The shortcut keys
will speed up the work by avoiding mouse clicks. Remembering these shortcut
keys may be difficult, but by regular practice we can develop the habit of
using short cut keys.

shortcut keys to speedup your work.

Ctrl+Space and Shift+Space
|
these are the short cut
keys used for selection of cell. Ctrl+Space will select the entire column of
selected cells. Shift+Space is used to select the rows of selected cells.

|
Ctrl+Shift+- is used to
remove the borders in a table or in cells.

Ctrl+Shift+7
|
Ctrl+Shift+7 can be used
to put the outline border for selected cells.

Ctrl+R
|
Ctrl+D is used to copy
and paste the content of the above cell. Ctrl+R is used to copy and paste the
contents of the cell which is left to the selected cell.

|
Ctrl+Shift+5 will change
the format of the cell to percentage (%) format.

Ctrl+; enters the system
