Preparing invoice, maintaining the record and keeping the track of receivable may be time consuming and difficult task. Job card No. or PO number can be mentioned in reference number field. When the invoice is created, the summary of invoice will appear in Home sheet.

Define Invoice series: Invoice series with prefix and suffix can be defined in the utility. Invoice number will be generated automatically with this information.

Maintain Client Master: Client / Customer code can be created and edited with all relevant details. When you select a client code while preparing the invoice, it will take all other information from the client master.

Update the collection details from the customers: Collection from customer can be updated with the amount, date and narration column. To update the collection, select a particular invoice and click on update collection button. Up to 5 records can be updated in collection details.

Debtors statement with aging: Based on the invoices prepared and collection details updated in the utility, debtors statement is automatically generated with aging statement.

Printing of invoices: you can print a professional invoice with all relevant information. Select the invoice and click on print invoice to see the printable invoice and you can also create a pdf invoice in this utility.
